Q: How do I change my address on the account?
A: If customers need to change their address, please contact us 4 days prior you change the address and mention the new address by phone, or go to customer's account page and click on "check address" and insert new address. If we receive contact after shipment already being processed, then unfortunately, it indicates that the system was unable to reflect the new change.

Q: How can I change my address if I moved?

At the same time, please notify your post office the new address. By doing so, generally, the shipment will be forwarded to the new address for one  year without charge. If you have moved without letting us know your new address, the item will be sent back to us and we will re-ship it. However, you will be charged for shipping and handling fee. 



Q: How do I change my e-mail address? 
A: Customers may change their e-mail address on customer account page. Please select customer's information change and change your information. Furthermore, the new information will not be automatically reflected if the order is already being placed. In order for the existing order to reflect on page, please contact us through customer inquiry form. 



Q: What should I do if my credit card information changed?

A: Please update the credit card information (i.e. card company, card number, name, expiration date, shipping address). Furthermore, these changes are not automatically reflected to the current order. In order to reflect the most updated information on an existing order, please contact us through customer inquiry form. 



Q: How do I edit the past order?
A: Please contact us directly right after placing your order. It may be possible to change the order, but customers may not if the order is already being processed. Please double check all the information before placing order.
