Fujisan-us.com currently ships to Canada and the U.S.(excluding Alaska)
Please note that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
However, Electronics, Appliances, Cosmetics, etc., can be shipped only to locations within the continental U.S., which excludes Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

When ordering more than one item, we ship items as they become available; the shipping fee remains the same regardless of splitting shipments. If any item of your order was cancelled due to the availability, we will NOT charge the shipping fee for the item.

For Canadian Residents
For shipments to CANADA, when FedEx or Canada Post attempt the delivery, you may be subjected to VAT(value-added tax) (also known as C.O.D) charges that are G.S.T(goods and services tax)+P.S.T(provincial sales tax) or Brokerage Amount, based on the total item value of a package.
If the total item value of a package was more than CAN$20.00, you are subjected to the above charges. The amount of the above charges varies, depending on the total amount of item value. If it was less than CAN$20.00, you are not subjected to the above charges.
Please note that all our customers in Canada are obligated to pay the above charges if applicable.

Returns
All periodicals (magazines etc.), books, CDs, CD-ROMS, software, other media products, supplements, hair care products, drugs, cosmetics, electronics are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
Please contact with us within 15 business days after receiving the product in case it is defective.
We suggest you return items using insured mail or other traceable delivery means for your protection. You shall be responsible for the return delivery cost unless the return is due to us shipping the wrong product or a defective product. Please e-mail us for return instructions.
If a return is due to any fault of the customer, such as the customer ordered an incorrect item(s), or the customer entered the delivery address incorrectly, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Other Notes
If certain items do not arrive within 30 days from Japan, all items that have already arrived will be shipped automatically. After the above date, your order will ship separately regardless of what you have chosen as a shipping method. This is also true for all magazine subscriptions.
